Abuv is a clothing company that aims to inspire in its customers the realization that helping others to “rise abuv” can be simple and not costly. All of Abuv’s designs are hand created, with attention paid to detail in quality of the image as well as the fabric they are printed on. Abuv’s commitment to making charity easy is showcased with every purchase donating 10% of the order to a specific partner charity or organization, which rotates seasonally. The Limited Edition charitable designs created specifically for each charity are unique and once a design is used, it will not be used again. These shirts will have 15% of their order go towards the charity or organization.

Abuv started out as part of a school project for me during my senior year of high school. But soon after starting the idea, I really felt like it was something I would love to do, so I pushed towards making it real. The mascot, Sol, came from just doodling him all the time on my school assignments in class. He has only been slightly modified since originally created.

My fascination for design started when a few of my friends and I started making websites in 6th and 7th grade. However, creating has always been a large part of my life since I was little. My mother would create jewelry from scratch and my father could build pretty much anything he wanted. Later, the skills I taught myself in photoshop and illustrator eventually transferred to creating logos and designs for companies and organizations.
